Execution
Unlike other magnets, plastic-bonded neodymium-iron-boron magnets are not sintered; instead, the magnetic powder is mixed with synthetic resin and hot-pressed in molds. We can machine the molded standard magnets in their non-magnetic state to customer specifications. Maximum operating temperature: 80 °C. Remanence: approx. 680 mT. Tolerance range: ±0.1 to 0.2 mm.
